Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

Wow! My best friend Juliet and I are really "en vogue" these days. There is even a song about us by that young, cute girl, Taylor Swift called "Love Story". Juliet and I definitely love each other but unlike the Romeo and Juliet of Shakespeare times, we have a "healthier" relationship. Those guys were a little "intense" if you ask me.

Juliet and I are both between 2 to 3 years of age and both of us are athletic and reflect the gorgeous boxer build. We are an attractive pair that is for sure.

We know "sit" and are good on the leash. I get a little jealous of male dogs. Guess I'm a "lady's man". Ideally, I'd love for Juliet and I to go to the same home but if we are adopted seperately, it is best that I go to a home with a female dog or no other dogs. Juliet gets along with everyone. She is a real doll. Now you know why I love her so much.

We are both ready for a forever home that will reflect the love, loyalty and fun we are ready to share.
