Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

I'm Ivy, and can you get over how cute I am? I always look like I'm smiling. With my pink little mouth and ears...and (surprise!) a little fawn-colored tail! I'm a tiny little thing - only 40 pounds - and I'm just a year and one-half. I'm pretty darn calm for a girl my age, and I'm also crate trained. I get along very well with other dogs, although sometimes I get a little protective of my food (but I'm learning how to share!). I'm inquisitive and playful... you know, all those things boxers are known for. What can I say? I'm adorable! You'll think so, too! Just remember: I have a smile on my face, but deep down inside I'm aching for my own family. Please tell me that could be you!
